Specifically, 4 establishments selling non-essential goods on National Highway 46, Nam Dan Town center include: Dien May Xanh Supermarket was fined 10 million VND, Media Mart Nam Dan Electronics Supermarket was fined 10 million VND, Thanh Chuong Electronics was fined 7.5 million VND, Thanh Danh phone trading and exchange store was fined 7.5 million VND.

Also at Thanh Danh Phone Trading and Exchange, an individual was fined 200,000 VND for not wearing a mask; the group also issued a fine of 200,000 VND for riding a motorbike without wearing a mask.
