Specifically, 4 establishments selling non-essential goods on National Highway 46, Nam Dan Town center, including: Dien May Xanh Supermarket was fined 10 million VND, Media Mart Nam Dan Electronics Supermarket was fined 10 million VND, Thanh Chuong Electronics was fined 7.5 million VND, Thanh Danh phone trading and exchange store was fined 7.5 million VND.

Also at Thanh Danh Phone Trading and Exchange, an individual was fined 200,000 VND for not wearing a mask; the group also issued a fine of 200,000 VND for a case of riding a motorbike without wearing a mask.

From April 6-9, the People's Committee of Nam Dan district established two interdisciplinary inspection teams to inspect the implementation of Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister on urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in communes and towns in the district.
