Ministry of National Defense and Ministry of Public Security implement personnel decisions

Chaired by Lieutenant General Vu Hai San - Member of the Party Central Committee, Commander of Military Region 3,Military School of Military Region 3held a conference to hand over the title of school principal.

According to the decision of the Minister of National Defense, Colonel Tran Minh Tuan - former Principal of Military School of Military Region 3 was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of Strategy of the Ministry of National Defense;

Colonel Trinh Van Ngo - former Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Hai Phong City Military Command holds the position of Principal of Military School of Military Region 3.

Under the chairmanship of Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Cuong - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 3, Division 350,Military Region 3held a conference to hand over the positions of Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Division.

Pursuant to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense, Colonel Vu Dinh Kien - former Political Commissar of Division 395 was appointed to the position of Political Commissar of Division 350, replacing Colonel Pham Xuan Kha who retired according to the regime.

At the conference, the Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 3 presented the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee appointing Colonel Vu Dinh Kien to join the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, holding the position of Party Secretary of Division 350 for the 2015-2020 term.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Cuong requested that in his new position, Comrade Vu Dinh Kien must be proactive and quickly grasp the tasks and situation in all aspects of the agency and unit; well implement the principle of democratic centralism, dare to think, dare to do, build and maintain solidarity and cohesion in the unit, and together with the Party Committee and the Division command, lead and direct the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

The Ministry of Public Security has just coordinated with the Standing Committee of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party CommitteeOrganized the ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work at 3 locations: Ministry of Public Security, Phu Tho Provincial Police and Ha Giang Provincial Police.

At the ceremony, the organizing committee announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc, from the position of Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police to the position of Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police;

Mobilize and appoint Colonel Hau Van Ly - Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security.

Presenting the decision and speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong and Chairman of Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son acknowledged the contributions and maturity during the working process of Colonel Hau Van Ly at Ha Giang Provincial Police and hoped that in his new position, he would continue to promote the achievements he has made and strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Regarding Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province expressed his confidence that with his strong political will and extensive experience in work, he will try to overcome, join hands and contribute with the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Ha Giang province to excellently complete all assigned tasks, especially in ensuring security and order in the area.

Authorized by the Minister of Public SecurityMajor General Bui Minh Giam, Director of the Department of Training, presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy Principal of the Armed Police College to take up the position of Deputy Director, Department of Training, Ministry of Public Security.

Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan received basic training and worked for 17 years at the Training Department. He was then transferred by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and appointed to the position of Deputy Principal of the Armed Police College.
