The Head of the Central Organization Committee presented the Politburo's Decision to transfer and assign comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee, 18th term (2015-2020), Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee and appointed her to join the Party Personnel Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

On the afternoon of September 28, at the headquarters of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee,Central Organizing Committeeannounced the Politburo's decision on personnel work. At the ceremony, on behalf of the Politburo, comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee,Head of Central Organizing Committeeawarded Decision No. 2348-QDNS/TW, dated September 25, 2020 of the Politburo, transferring and assigning comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Party Central Committee,Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee18th term (2015-2020), Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee and appointed to join the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Head of the Central Organizing Committee Pham Minh Chinh assessed that Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra is a cadre who has received basic training and matured from the grassroots, having held various positions in Yen Bai province: Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Yen district; Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Secretary of the Yen Bai City Party Committee; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, member of the 12th Party Central Committee. Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra is a capable cadre, close to the grassroots, exemplary, a center of solidarity, and has completed all assigned tasks excellently. Comrade Pham Minh Chinh believes that in her new position, Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra will continue to promote her mettle, capacity, and intelligence to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra expressed her sincere thanks to generations of cadres, party members and people of Yen Bai province; thanked the Party Central Committee for entrusting her with the new task; and promised to promote her capacity and experience to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
