Traffic participants escaped thanks to barrier staff spreading anti-slip sand
(Baonghean.vn) - While on duty as a train guard at Cau Loi guard station in Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, Mr. Kien discovered a group of students who had fallen off their motorbikes and were piled up in the middle of the road. When he went to check, he saw an oil slick stretching hundreds of meters on the road.
At around 2:00 p.m. this afternoon (November 4), Mr. Duong Van Kien, a road barrier guard,Sy market,Nghe Tinh Railway Corporation had just finished welcoming a train through the barrier when they discovered many motorbikes lying on top of each other in front of Highway 533 near the guard station.
Mr. Kien immediately ran out to check and discovered a stretch of road covered in oil spilled from a car with a broken engine, but the driver did not know so he did not stop the car.

The oil spilled onto the asphalt road caused dozens of motorbikes and bicycles to fall over each other in a short period of time. Luckily, there were no cars passing by at the time of the fall, otherwise the consequences would have been unpredictable.
Realizing the danger of the oil spill, Mr. Kien immediately ran to a local resident's house to ask for sand and borrowed a wheelbarrow to carry the sand and spread it over the oil. Many traffic participants were very grateful for this.good deed, Mr. Kien's timely work.
