(Baonghean.vn) - Đang làm nhiệm vụ gác chắn tàu tại trạm gác Cầu Lồi xã Diễn Hồng, huyện Diễn Châu, anh Kiên phát hiện tốp học sinh bị ngã xe máy chồng lên nhau giữa đường nên ra kiểm tra mới thấy có một vệt dầu loang kéo dài hàng trăm mét trên đường.
Khoảng 14h chiều nay (4/11), anh Dương Văn Kiên, nhân viên gác chắn cung đường chợ Sy, Công ty CPĐS Nghệ Tĩnh vừa đón xong tàu qua chắn thì phát hiện nhiều xe máy ngã chồng lên nhau trước khu vực đường 533 gần trạm gác.
Anh Kiên liền chạy ra kiểm tra thì phát hiện một đoạn đường đầy dầu nhờn loang lổ từ xe ô tô vỡ lốc chảy tràn ra nhưng lái xe không biết nên không dừng xe.
