Armed with knives to settle a dispute, three laborers mistakenly attacked their opponent.
During a drinking session, a conflict arose, leading three porters, one of whom was from Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province, to seek out their rivals with knives. Unable to find them, they attacked two men who were sitting and drinking beer.
Hanoi police announced on November 12th that the Hoang Mai District Police Investigation Agency has temporarily detained three individuals: Nguyen Van Hai (born 1990, residing in Quynh My, Quynh Luu, Nghe An); Ban Huu Tai (born 1989, residing in Vien Son, Van Yen, Yen Bai); and Le Minh Vuong (born 1985, residing in Hai Trieu, Tien Lu, Hung Yen) for investigation into their alleged crimes.Killing.

According to the investigation, on the evening of November 2nd, the suspects, along with a group of cargo handlers at Giap Bat station, drank alcohol at Tai's rented room on Giap Nhi street, and then went for drinks at a cafe on Giai Phong street.
Here, due to being drunk, Vuong and his group of friends got into a conflict with another group, but were separated and taken back to their lodging. While passing through Giap Nhi Street, Vuong continued to argue with the other group. After being chased and beaten, Vuong returned to his lodging and discussed with Tai and Hai about taking knives and returning to seek revenge.
At approximately 10:35 PM on the same day, in front of 924 Truong Dinh Street, three individuals, unable to find their "rivals," attacked two men who were sitting and drinking beer outside. As a result, Mr. P (born in 1958, residing in Hoang Mai District) suffered multiple stab wounds and serious injuries and was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. The perpetrators then returned to their rented room to hide their weapons.
Recognizing the seriousness of the incident, immediately after receiving the information, the Hoang Mai District Police, in coordination with the Criminal Police Department, promptly investigated and arrested Ban Huu Tai, Le Minh Vuong, and Nguyen Van Hai.
At the police station, the suspects confessed to their crimes. Currently, the relevant units of the City Police are consolidating the case files and processing the suspects according to regulations.
