Innovation in the activities of the Journalists Association of the North Central provinces
(Baonghean.vn) - One of the notes and also the operational goals for the coming time was set at the Conference summarizing the activities of the Journalists Association of the provinces in the North Central region.
On December 12, in Dong Ha city, Quang Tri province, the Journalists Association of the North Central provinces held a conference to summarize 2020 and deploy tasks for 2021.
Attending the conference were comrade Ho Dai Nam - Standing Committee member, Head of Propaganda Department of Quang Tri province, departments, branches and sectors of Quang Tri province; representatives of Journalists Association of 6 provinces of North Central Coast (from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue).

Reporting on the 2020 activities, comrade Truong Duc Minh Tu - Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial Journalists Association said that 2020 was the year when the provinces in the region had to face severe natural disasters and epidemics. Especially the loss of life and property in the recent floods. The activities of the Journalists Associations and press agencies in the cluster were also affected.
However, the Journalists Associations in the cluster have made efforts, paid attention to innovation, and improved the quality of association activities in all aspects and have achieved many remarkable results.
At the conference, representatives of the Journalists Associations in the cluster exchanged experiences to further improve the association's activities and press activities. Comrade Ho Thi Ngan - Permanent Vice PresidentNghe An Journalists Association, on behalf of the delegation, proposed a number of issues on the effective application of Directive No. 43-CT/TW dated April 8, 2020 of the Secretariat "On strengthening the Party's leadership over the activities of the Vietnam Journalists Association in the new situation", with the aim of further enhancing the attention of Party committees at all levels, central and local authorities for the Journalists Association at all levels. |
