*"H"Goods on 'heavily discounted' flood the streets in Nghe An" is the title of an article.Consumer warningon this occasion.

Walking around the streets of Nghe An at this time of year, it's easy to spot numerous end-of-year clearance sales points attracting large crowds. To attract customers, companies and small traders often choose intersections, junctions, and sidewalks of major roads as their clearance areas, simply setting up a small tarp to conduct their business. This situation is not only prevalent in rural areas but also increasingly common in Vinh City, with many streets being occupied as clearance sales points, causing urban disorder.

The Vinh City Urban Order Management Team stated that there is widespread unloading of goods on city streets during the year-end period. However, inspection and enforcement are difficult because small traders and stall owners often choose times outside of business hours, when there are no enforcement officers present, to unload their goods. This causes traffic congestion and detracts from urban aesthetics. Therefore, the Urban Order Management Team will coordinate with local wards and communes to increase patrols and address this issue.
