The conference focused on assessing the performance of the Internal Affairs sector in March and outlining plans for the coming period, including preparations for the upcoming elections of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and representatives to People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

*SOn March 29th, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting with localities, sectors, and relevant units to address difficulties in implementing Government Decree 67/CP on certain issues.fisheries development policy.

Nghe An province has a total of 104 newly built fishing vessels under Decree 67/2014/ND-CP, with a total designed main engine power of 83,832 horsepower. The total capital lent by commercial banks under the support policy of Decree 67/CP is 860 billion VND. These vessels use the following fishing methods: trawling, gillnetting, and purse seine fishing.

According to a report from the State Bank of Vietnam's Nghe An branch, as of February 28, 2021, 31 vessels were operating effectively and repaying principal and interest as committed. 59 vessels were operating intermittently, unable to repay principal and interest as committed, with outstanding debt of VND 438.4 billion, and overdue principal debt of VND 121.74 billion. Five vessels were unable to operate due to risks encountered during exploitation, with outstanding debt of VND 39.1 billion.

*UThe Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 713/QD-UBND regarding...recognized as having achieved literacy standards., universal preschool education for 5-year-old children, universal primary education, universal lower secondary education by 2020.

Accordingly, at the preschool level, all 21 districts, cities, and towns have achieved the standard for universal preschool education for 5-year-old children. The province also has 21 units that have achieved level 2 literacy eradication standards.
