According to initial information, on the morning of the same day, Mr. Phan Van Chien, residing in Van Loc 2 hamlet, went to check on his cow shed and discovered that his calf had been slaughtered a few meters away from the shed. At the scene, the calf had been butchered, with its two hind legs, internal organs, and two front legs removed, while its head remained intact.

“The calf, which is only 3 months old, is worth over 10 million VND. Upon discovering the incident, the family reported it to the village committee. That same morning, the commune police also came to work with the family,” Mr. Chien said.
