(Baonghean.vn) - During the night, a thief sneaked into a cowshed of a household in Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district, and cut off the meat and took the two hind legs of a calf.

According to initial information, on the same morning, Mr. Phan Van Chien, a resident of Van Loc 2 hamlet, went to visit the cowshed and discovered that the calf had been stolen a few meters away from the barn. At the scene, the calf had been butchered, its hind legs, internal organs, and two front legs removed, and its head was still intact.

“This is the first time in the commune that a thief has daringly butchered a calf leg from a local resident. The police are currently investigating and accessing camera footage from local households to track down the thief,” Mr. Ngo Sy Cuong added.
