(Baonghean.vn) - Regarding violations of illegal exploitation of forestry land in Quynh Tan commune (Quynh Luu), Nghe An Forest Protection Department has issued a document directing Quynh Luu - Hoang Mai Forest Protection Department to inspect and strictly handle if any.
Document No. 410/KL-SD&PTR dated June 17, 2021 stated that on June 15, 2021, the Forest Protection Department received feedback from the people about the situation in the commune.Quynh TanIn Quynh Luu district, there are a number of subjects illegally exploiting and using forests and forestry land.

To strictly implement the provisions of the Forestry Law; Plan 714/KH-UBND dated December 8, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee on strengthening urgent measures to protect forests and prevent illegal deforestation; Decision No. 07/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on promulgating a number of policies to strengthen forest protection, in order to promptly prevent the situationdeforestation, change of forest use purposeIllegal. The Forest Protection Department requests the Head of the Hoang Mai - Quynh Luu Forest Protection Department to urgently implement the following contents:
1. Coordinate with local authorities and relevant units in the area to inspect according to the people's feedback. Specifically at plots of land: 305, 315, 310, 216, map sheet number 2 in Quynh Tan commune, Quynh Luu district (Quynh Tan commune Forestry map).

2. Prepare documents to handle cases of illegal deforestation and conversion of forest use purposes (if any) according to the provisions of the Forestry Law and documents guiding the implementation of the Forestry Law.
3. Strengthen forest patrol and inspection at the base of the entire forest area of Quynh Tan commune, Quynh Luu district, promptly detect, prevent and strictly handle violations in the forestry sector according to regulations.
4. Report the results of the inspection and handling (if any) to the Forest Protection Department before June 30, 2021.
