(Baonghean.vn) - Regarding violations of illegal forest land exploitation in Quynh Tan commune (Quynh Luu district), the Nghe An Forest Protection Department has issued a directive to the Quynh Luu - Hoang Mai Forest Protection Unit to inspect and strictly handle any violations if found.

2. Prepare a case file for handling cases of deforestation and illegal conversion of forest land (if any) in accordance with the Forestry Law and its implementing regulations.
3. Strengthen forest patrols and inspections at the source throughout the entire forest area of Quynh Tan commune, Quynh Luu district, promptly detecting, preventing, and strictly handling violations in the forestry sector in accordance with regulations.
4. Report the results of inspection and handling (if any) to the Forest Protection Department before June 30, 2021.
