Lifting the blockade of Do Luong District Police Headquarters
(Baonghean.vn) - Do Luong District Police Headquarters switched to social distancing according to Directive 15 after people related to the patient tested negative multiple times.
On the morning of July 2, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued a decision to stop implementing social isolation according to Directive 16 and switch to social distancing according to Directive 15 for the headquarters of Do Luong District Police (Block 3, Do Luong Town, Do Luong District). The implementation time starts from 12:00 on July 2.
For cases of close contact with the patient, it is required to continue to isolate to prevent the epidemic according to regulations.
This move was made after all F1 and people related to the patient repeatedly tested negative for Covid-19.

Earlier, on the morning of June 23, Do Luong district recorded the first Covid-19 patient in the area. The patient is a 42-year-old male working at the Do Luong District Police. After tracing, the health agency identified 138 F1 of this person to quarantine and take samples for testing.

After an urgent meeting, the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control decided to temporarily lock down the Do Luong District Police Headquarters from June 23.
This Covid-19 patient is believed to have been infected by a patient on June 5. Accordingly, both of them sat together at a seafood restaurant in Thai Hoa town. 17 days later, the test results showed that he was infected with Covid-19.
