The lockdown has been lifted at the Do Luong District Police headquarters.
(Baonghean.vn) - The headquarters of the Do Luong District Police has switched to implementing social distancing according to Directive 15 after those who had contact with the patient tested negative multiple times.
On the morning of July 2nd, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued a decision to cease social isolation under Directive 16 and switch to social distancing under Directive 15 for the headquarters of the Do Luong District Police (Block 3, Do Luong town, Do Luong district). The implementation will begin at 12:00 PM on July 2nd.
Individuals who have had close contact with the patient are required to continue self-isolating as per regulations.
This move comes after all F1 contacts and those connected to the patient repeatedly tested negative for Covid-19.

Earlier, on the morning of June 23, Do Luong district recorded its first Covid-19 patient. The patient is a 42-year-old male working at the Do Luong District Police Department. After contact tracing, health authorities identified 138 F1 contacts of this person to conduct isolation and sample testing.

Following an emergency meeting, the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control decided to temporarily seal off the Do Luong District Police headquarters starting from June 23rd.
This COVID-19 patient is believed to have contracted the virus from another patient on June 5th. Both were seated together at a seafood restaurant in Thai Hoa town. Seventeen days later, test results showed he was infected with COVID-19.
