Earlier on the morning of July 8, 2021, the Anh Son District Police received a report from the family of Mr. Le Xuan Manh, residing in Hamlet 2, Linh Son Commune, regarding a break-in at their home where thieves stole 8 taels of 9999 gold, worth approximately 36 million VND. This was all the wedding gold that Mr. Manh and his wife had saved up over the years.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Anh Son District Police quickly coordinated with Linh Son Commune Police to conduct a search and identify suspected individuals. After a short period of investigation and verification of suspected individuals, using professional methods, the investigating agency determined that Dang Anh Tuan (born in 2005), residing in Hamlet 2, Linh Son Commune, was the perpetrator of the theft.
However, after committing the crime, Tuan fled and was not present in the area. Police task forces from the district deployed personnel to verify information and track down Tuan in order to recover the stolen property before he could sell it.
At approximately 4 PM on July 8, 2021, the Anh Son District Police successfully arrested Dang Anh Tuan and recovered all 8 taels of gold belonging to Mr. Manh's family.
Currently, the investigative agency is preparing the case file for processing according to the law.
