Comrade Tran Hong Minh assumed the position of Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee to replace his predecessor, Comrade Lai Xuan Mon, who was transferred and assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department.
