2. Patient NT T, female, born in 1995.Address: Hamlet 5, Dien Tan Commune, Dien Chau District. On October 5, the patient traveled from Binh Duong to Dien Chau. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Dien Tan Commune Health Station. On October 6, the patient's sample was taken for testing, which gave a suspicious result. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Mon Son Commune quarantine area, and samples were taken for rapid testing, which gave positive results.
