The patient was quarantined and tested twice, both results were negative. On October 7, the patient's third sample was sent to CDC, and on the evening of October 7, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

2. Patient NT T, female, born in 1995.Address: Hamlet 5, Dien Tan Commune, Dien Chau District. On October 5, the patient traveled from Binh Duong to Dien Chau. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Dien Tan Commune Health Station. On October 6, the patient's sample was taken for testing, which gave a suspicious result. On October 7, the patient's sample was taken again for testing, and on the evening of October 7, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has been vaccinated with 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.

3. Patient PC D, male, born in 1995.Address: Phan Dang Luu Hamlet, Nam Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District. On October 7, the patient traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Yen Thanh. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Nam Thanh Kindergarten, and had a rapid test sample taken, which showed a positive result. The next day, the patient's sample was taken and sent to the CDC, and on the morning of October 8, the result confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. 4. Patient VV D, male, born in 1973.Address: Khe Lo Village, Mon Son Commune, Con Cuong District. On the evening of October 6, the patient traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Con Cuong. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Mon Son Commune quarantine area, and had a rapid test sample taken, which showed a positive result. On October 7, the patient's sample was taken and sent to the CDC, and on the morning of October 8, the result confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
