*SOn November 13th, at the 2nd session of the 15th National Assembly, under the chairmanship of Deputy Speaker Nguyen Duc Hai, the National Assembly held a meeting.through a ResolutionRegarding the piloting of certain specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province.

With 430 out of 467 delegates present voting in favor (equivalent to 86.17% of the total National Assembly delegates), this Resolution stipulates the piloting of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for Nghe An province regarding state finance and budget, and the decentralization of state management in the fields of land, planning, and forestry. It will take effect from January 1, 2022, and will be implemented for 5 years.

*CAlso on this occasion, the working group of Nghe An Newspaper went directly to Xieng My commune (Tuong Duong district) toDonating breeding cows to poor households.

The delegation directly presented cows to two impoverished households: the families of Mr. Vi Văn Yên and Mr. Vi Văn Thin, both residing in Piêng Ồ village. Each household received one breeding cow worth 17 million VND. These are healthy, well-vaccinated, and quarantined cows from the relevant authorities.

On the same day, Nghe An Newspaper, in coordination with Nghe An Provincial Post Office and Thien Minh Duc Group, donated 80,000,000 VND to four families, with each family receiving 20,000,000 VND, to support the demolition of dilapidated thatched houses.
