*SOn November 13, at the 2nd session of the 15th National Assembly, under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai, the National Assemblythrough ResolutionOn piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province.

With 430/467 delegates attending the meeting voting in favor (equal to 86.17% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), this Resolution stipulates a pilot of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for Nghe An province on state finance - budget and decentralization of state management in the fields of land, planning, and forestry, effective from January 1, 2022 and implemented for 5 years.

*CAlso on this occasion, the working delegation of Nghe An Newspaper went directly to Xieng My commune (Tuong Duong) togive breeding cows to poor households

The delegation directly gave cows to two poor households, Vi Van Yen and Vi Van Thin, both residing in Pieng O village. Each household was given a breeding cow worth 17 million VND. These are healthy breeding cows, fully vaccinated and quarantined by specialized agencies.

On the same day, Nghe An Newspaper coordinated with Nghe An Provincial Post Office and Thien Minh Duc Group to donate 80,000,000 VND to 4 households, each household received 20,000,000 VND to support the demolition of dilapidated thatched and bamboo houses.

*TMeanwhile, in the mountainous district of Tuong Duong, on the afternoon of November 13, Mr. Lo Thanh Nhat - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee said that the locality had set up 6 checkpoints, completely blocking off Nhon Mai village (Nhon Mai commune), immediately after3 cases appearedin a family in this village. These 3 patients include a couple and their 12-year-old daughter, who is in 7th grade. To prevent the epidemic, 38 students were taken to centralized quarantine.
