Sugar baby - sugar daddy arrangement: 20 million VND/month
The suspect, Nguyen Van Luan (from Bac Giang), acted as a pimp, arranging for sugar daddies to buy sex from sugar babies for prices ranging from 12 to 20 million VND per month.
According to the Bac Ninh Provincial Police, during a surprise inspection of three hotels in Vo Cuong and Dai Phuc wards (both in Bac Ninh City), they discovered three couples engaged in prostitution.
During the investigation, the police identified Nguyen Van Luan (born in 1987, residing in My Ha commune, Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province) as the person who brokered the deals for the three couples mentioned above.

The suspect, Nguyen Van Luan, created personal accounts and then used the internet to join groups like "SGDD-SGBB Bac Ninh" and Telegram "Where Love Flourishes" to act as an intermediary connecting sex buyers and sex sellers.
Those seeking to purchase sex (sugar daddies) must contact a pimp in advance to select a sex worker (sugar baby). The pimp will send information about the sex worker, such as photos, height, weight, measurements, age, occupation, etc., for the buyer to choose from.
The price would be negotiated by Luan, ranging from 12-20 million VND per month, depending on the specific "contract package". Upon successful agreement, the suspect would collect 2 million VND from the sugar daddy.
