Sugar baby - sugar daddy line costs 20 million/month

Bac Ninh Provincial Police said that through a surprise inspection of 3 hotels in Vo Cuong Ward and Dai Phuc Ward (both in Bac Ninh City), the unit discovered 3 couples of men and women engaging in prostitution.

During the investigation, the police identified Nguyen Van Luan (born in 1987, residing in My Ha commune, Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province) as the broker for the three couples mentioned above.

Suspect Nguyen Van Luan created personal accounts and then used the internet to join the groups "SGDD-SGBB Bac Ninh"; Telegram "Where love sublimates" to act as an intermediary connecting sex buyers and sex sellers.

People who want to buy sex (sugar daddy) must contact the broker in advance to choose a prostitute (sugar baby). The broker will send information about the prostitute such as photo, height, weight, measurements, age, occupation... for the sex buyer to choose.

The price will be negotiated by Luan at 12-20 million VND/month, depending on each "contract package". When the agreement is successful, the suspect will collect 2 million VND from the sugar daddy.
