Attending were leaders of the District People's Committee and representatives of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The delegation offered flowers and incense at the graves and memorial stele to express deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the demonstration on September 12, 1930.
92 years ago, the revolutionary struggle of 8,000 farmers in Hung Nguyen district took place with a seething spirit against colonialism and feudalism, demanding the abolition of taxes and the return of land to the peasants. The demonstration on September 12, 1930, although bloodily suppressed, proved the strength of our people and went down in history as an immortal heroic epic.
