Nghe An Province Martyrs' Families Support Association offers incense at Nghe Tinh Soviet Square
(Baonghean.vn) - On April 27, the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province held an incense offering ceremony at Soviet Nghe Tinh Square (Hung Nguyen).
Attending were leaders of the District People's Committee and representatives of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The delegation offered flowers and incense at the graves and memorial stele to express deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the demonstration on September 12, 1930.
92 years ago, the revolutionary struggle of 8,000 farmers in Hung Nguyen district took place with a seething spirit against colonialism and feudalism, demanding the abolition of taxes and the return of land to the peasants. The demonstration on September 12, 1930, although bloodily suppressed, demonstrated the strength of our people and went down in history as an immortal epic.
Before the heroic martyrs, the delegation pledged to always unite and be loyal to the Party's leadership, promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, contribute to building the homeland and country to be more and more prosperous; worthy of the noble sacrifice of the previous generation./.
