Create a broad political movement
In the spirit of "self-reflection and self-correction" of the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (term XIII), on May 19, 2022, the Party Executive Committee of Thai Hoa town organized a conference on "self-reflection and self-correction". At this conference, in the spirit of serious examination, many shortcomings and limitations related to planning, investment attraction, site clearance; state management of land, construction, traffic safety corridors, urban order, etc. were pointed out by the Party Executive Committee of the town, and at the same time, the responsibilities and tasks of each member of the executive committee were specifically assigned.
In addition, ideological work in some contents, fields and times was not timely; the supervisory role of Party committees, Inspection Committees, People's Councils, Fatherland Front Committees and mass organizations was not really clear and the effectiveness was not high, which was also specifically mentioned.
To overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out, at the conference, the opinion of comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Secretary of the Hoa Hieu Ward Party Committee said that each Party organization and cadre and party member needs to fully implement the groups of tasks and solutions set out in the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (term XI, XII, XIII), associated with effectively implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Each cadre and party member, especially leaders and managers at all levels, needs to be proactive and creative in implementing policies and guidelines with the spirit of "dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility", avoiding stereotypes and mechanically. Cadres and party members also need to raise awareness of criticizing the opinions of superiors if they are incorrect or inappropriate, creating consensus and focusing on democracy for the common goal.

Affirming the practical values of the thematic conference on "self-reflection, self-correction" of the Town Party Committee, Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee emphasized continuing to direct Party committees at all levels to deploy this thematic activity in conjunction with implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW and Regulation No. 37-QD/TW of the Party Central Committee on things that Party members are not allowed to do; creating a wide-ranging political activity in the entire Party Committee with the requirement to seriously implement, promote the spirit of "self-reflection, self-correction" to clarify shortcomings, problems, limitations, and propose specific solutions and measures.
