*On the morning of July 16th, in Vinh City, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, in coordination with the People's Committee of Nghe An province, organized...Award Ceremony for Certificates of Recognition from the FatherlandUp to 75 family members of fallen soldiers, representing 387 martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives in the national resistance wars, were posthumously awarded on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022).
