Opening of the second National Defense - Security Knowledge Training class for 3 groups in 2022
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 18, at Regiment 764, the National Defense - Security Education Council of Nghe An province organized the Opening Ceremony of National Defense - Security Knowledge Training for Subject 3 - second class of 2022.
Attending and directing the opening ceremony were Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Defense and Security Education Council of Nghe An province.

During the 12-day period (July 18-29), comrades who are Heads and Deputy Heads of Departments, Branches, Sectors, and Mass Organizations at the provincial, district, and equivalent levels will be trained and educated on topics such as: The Communist Party's guidelines and viewpoints; Policies and laws of the Vietnamese State on national defense and security; Socio-economic development associated with strengthening and consolidating national defense and security and foreign affairs; Protecting political, economic, cultural, ideological security; State management of security and order, ethnicity, religion associated with national defense and security in the new situation;Building national defense, the national defense posture associated with the people's security posture in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland; Some contents on building and operating defense zones; Writing a report and training in K54 shooting lesson 1.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Defense and Security Education Council of Nghe An province requested the trainees to study seriously, actively discuss and exchange topics; thereby, improve their level and awareness of national defense and security work, train their political mettle, steadfast ideology, better fulfill their assigned duties and tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the two strategic tasks of building and protecting the Fatherland./.
