Nghe An strengthens connection between technology supply and demand
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 18, Nghe An Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the Department of Technology Application and Development to organize a workshop to evaluate the results of technology supply-demand connection activities in the period of 2017 - 2022 and orientation of activities until 2030.

Thông tin từ Cục Ứng dụng và phát triển công nghệ, Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ, trong vòng 5 năm qua (2017 - 2022), mỗi năm đơn vị tiếp nhận khoảng 400 nhu cầu công nghệ của các doanh nghiệp; Tìm kiếm và cung cấp thông tin khoảng 3.000 nguồn cung công nghệ trong và ngoài nước; Cung cấp 374 hồ sơ chuyên gia công nghệ theo nhu cầu doanh nghiệp, tổ chức và cá nhân.

Cục Ứng dụng và phát triển công nghệ đã tổ chức hơn 4.000 cuộc kết nối cung cầu công nghệ bao gồm cả trực tiếp và trực tuyến. Hơn 1000 công nghệ được trình diễn và giới thiệu tại các điểm kết nối hoặc được các điểm kết nối mang đi giới thiệu tại các sự kiện như Techdemo, Techconnect, Techfest, Techmart...
Tại Nghệ An, điểm kết nối cung cầu công nghệ chính thức đi vào hoạt động từ tháng 7/2017, sau 5 năm đi vào hoạt động đã thúc đẩy hoạt động nghiên cứu, ứng dụng tiến bộ kỹ thuật, đổi mới công nghệ, đổi mới sáng tạo trên địa bàn tỉnh.

Đơn vị đã kết nối, giới thiệu, áp dụng các kết quả nghiên cứu của các Viện, trường, tổ chức khoa học công nghệ vào thực tiễn hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh, giúp các doanh nghiệp, tổ chức áp dụng công nghệ, thiết bị phù hợp vào thực tiễn sản xuất. Qua đó, góp phần nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng, giá trị gia tăng của sản phẩm, hàng hóa và năng lực cạnh tranh đáp ứng yêu cầu hội nhập của doanh nghiệp.

Connection and consulting activities are still passive; Lack of database on technology resources and experts makes it difficult to provide technology consulting and connecting supply and demand for organizations and individuals in need. There are no specialized personnel to perform the task, still have to work part-time; lack of experience and skills in performing the task. Infrastructure is very limited and the source of operating funds from the state budget is still low, the revenue from this activity is insignificant...

In the period of 2023 - 2030, Nghe An continues to maintain and strengthen the connection between technology supply and demand; diversify forms of operation, develop the science and technology market to contribute to improving productivity, quality, added value of products, goods and competitiveness to meet the integration requirements of organizations and enterprises of Nghe An and the North Central region.
At the workshop, representatives of Nghe An Center for Application of Science and Technology Advances and units and enterprises inside and outside the province exchanged and shared experiences in activities connecting technology supply and demand. They focused on key issues such as: Advantages and difficulties in developing science and technology markets; Commercialization of scientific and technological research results of enterprises; Formation and development of enterprises through activities supporting the application of scientific and technological advances...

In the coming time, the Ministry of Science and Technology will review, revise and supplement the Handbook on the operation of the Technology Supply and Demand Connection Point in order to gradually build the Connection Point as one of the intermediary organizations of the national science and technology market. At the same time, consider approving and implementing the Project on Developing Technology Supply and Demand Connection Activities until 2030, creating conditions for the development of a system of technology supply and demand connection points.
Within the framework of the workshop, a signing ceremony of agreements and technology transfer contracts took place between Nghe An Center for Application of Science and Technology Advances and 3 units.
