Nghe An: 4.1 magnitude earthquake in Tuong Duong district.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 27th, an earthquake occurred in Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province. Many residents in the mountainous Tuong Duong district and some other districts clearly felt the tremors.
On the afternoon of December 27th, the Earthquake Information and Tsunami Warning Center of the Institute of Geophysics announced that at 7:36:45 AM (GMT) on December 27th, 2022, which is 2:36:45 PM (Hanoi time) on December 27th, 2022, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 occurred at coordinates 19.072 degrees North latitude and 104.594 degrees East longitude, with a focal depth of approximately 10km.

The earthquake occurred in Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province.
Around the same time the earthquake occurred, not only did the people of Tuong Duong district feel the tremors, but even in Vinh City, about 250km away from Tuong Duong district, people clearly felt the seismic activity.
