Nghe An: 4.1 magnitude earthquake in Tuong Duong district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 27, an earthquake occurred in Tuong Duong district, Nghe An. Many people in the mountainous district of Tuong Duong and some other districts clearly felt the tremors.
On the afternoon of December 27, the Earthquake Information and Tsunami Warning Center of the Institute of Geophysics said that at 7:36:45 (GMT) on December 27, 2022, or 14:36:45 (Hanoi time) on December 27, 2022, an earthquake of magnitude 4.1 occurred at the coordinates 19.072 degrees North latitude, 104.594 degrees East longitude, with a focal depth of about 10km.

The earthquake occurred in Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province.
At the same time as the earthquake, not only did people in Xiangyang County feel the tremors, but even in Vinh City, about 250km away from Xiangyang County, people also clearly felt the earthquake.
