Block girls in deserted places to rob them
Sam Van Nhip, 27 years old, was accused of blocking cars and robbing money from young girls on a deserted street.

According to the investigation, at around 6:00 p.m. on January 10, Nhip arrived at the area near the cemetery of Phuong Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, saw a 16-year-old girl riding a motorbike alone, blocked her way, threatened her, and searched her property. The victim reacted, shouted, Nhip threatened to kill her, took 150,000 VND, and then left.
Two days earlier, Nhip had also committed a similar act with a little girl in Bac Son commune, Thuan Bac district. Because the victim had no money, the robber was unable to take anything.
Ninh Hai district police extracted security cameras along the road, identified Nhip as the culprit and arrested him.
Initially, Nhip confessed that due to lack of money, he thought of a way to go to deserted roads to rob girls who were walking alone.
