Created a website for 2,000 gamblers, revenue of 400 billion VND
In the initial investigation, the subjects confessed: From August 2021, Trinh Viet Linh hired Dao Duy Hoang to set up websites to organize gambling through the money transfer code of "Momo e-wallet", and at the same time hired the remaining subjects to operate, manage, and maintain the operation of the gambling websites.
Through reconnaissance work to grasp the situation, the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department, Ninh Binh Provincial Police coordinated with functional units of the Department of Information and Communications to discover a number of subjects gambling on cyberspace.

After a period of investigation, on January 9, the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention coordinated with the Criminal Police Department, Provincial Police and Department 4, Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention to organize the destruction and arrest of the subjects including: Trinh Viet Linh, born in 1987, in Dong Son commune, Tam Diep city, Ninh Binh province; Dao Duy Hoang, born in 1988, Bui Tien Luong, born in 1984; Nguyen Xuan Loc, born in 1989; Lo Van Luong, born in 2003, all residing in Khuong Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi city.

From December 2022 to early January 2023, about 2,000 subjects accessed the above websites to gamble with a total amount of over 400 billion VND.
