Effective implementation of Party Congress Resolutions at all levels

In 2022, Do Luong District Party Committee promptly issued documents to lead, direct and guide the implementation of propaganda work to carry out political tasks in the district. In particular, focusing on propaganda on the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, on the work of preventing and fighting Covid-19, on events, major holidays and on the Project "Building the central urban area of Do Luong district to meet the criteria of a type IV urban area as a premise for Do Luong district to become a town before 2030"; issued Directive 07-CT/HU on building a new rural district (NTM), communes meeting advanced NTM standards, and model NTM in the period of 2022 - 2025.

The district has issued the Implementation Plan for Project No. 11-DA/TU, dated December 22, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on improving the effectiveness of direction, orientation and handling of press information in Nghe An province, period 2021-2025, at the same time, organizing the dissemination and implementation of Project No. 11. Reporting on the interim and final reports of the Party's Directives and Resolutions in a timely manner, ensuring quality. Maintaining the activities of Steering Committee 35, regularly grasping the situation, reviewing information, promptly detecting, combating, preventing and handling bad and toxic information on cyberspace. Conducting 2 workshops to edit, supplement and compile the History of the Do Luong District Party Committee (1930 - 2020).

The total production value (at current prices) in 2022 of Do Luong district is estimated at 23,714.99 billion VND, of which: Agriculture, forestry and fishery reaches 3,208.51 billion VND; Industry - Basic Construction reaches 12,209.9 billion VND; Services reach 8,296.55 billion VND. The proportion of economic structure: Agriculture, forestry and fishery 17.57%; Industry - Construction 38.34%; Services are estimated at 44.09%.

Last year, Do Luong District Party Committee developed and issued Instruction No. 10-HD/HU dated March 30, 2022 on Party cell congresses under grassroots Party committees, associated with the election of hamlet chiefs and block chiefs for the 2022-2025 term; issued Circular No. 04-TTr/HU dated July 28, 2021 and Circular No. 05-TTr/HU dated November 2, 2021 on the Congresses of Veterans Associations and Youth Unions at all levels for the 2022-2027 term and directed their successful implementation; issued Instruction No. 09-HD/HU dated March 13, 2022 guiding a number of specific contents on cadre planning work.

At the same time, organize a conference to remedy some difficulties and problems in the work of planning cadres. The results of planning cadres for leadership and management have met the requirements of age structure, female structure, the quality of planned cadres has been improved in both professional and political qualifications. Develop Plan 108-KH/HU, dated March 10, 2022 on promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation". Summarize 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the Central Executive Committee (term XII), a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient, and Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the Central Executive Committee of the Party (term XII) on continuing to innovate the organizational management system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units. Pursuant to Conclusion No. 189-KL/TU, dated June 10, 2020 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing the Project "Developing Party organizations and Party members in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises".

In 2022, 202 outstanding people were admitted to the Party, reaching 101% of the target. Proposing the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to consider awarding and posthumously awarding Party badges of various types to 854 comrades.

Along with that, the district has well performed the assigned political tasks in the fields of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; Party mass mobilization work; Internal affairs work; Government building, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations and unions.

In 2023, Do Luong district will continue to firmly consolidate the criteria of a new rural district, Do Luong town will be a type 4 urban area. Build and implement the Project to develop Do Luong district into a town in the direction of trade and services. Promote internal resources, mobilize and effectively use resources, promote sustainable production and business development; ensure reasonable growth, strive to successfully achieve socio-economic, defense and security goals in 2023; ensure social security and welfare, improve people's lives. Continue to effectively implement plans and projects according to the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, term 2020 - 2025.
