Also in Nghia Dan district, not far from Hon Mat is Truong Gia Farm in Nghia Long commune, a famous destination in Phu Quy area. Originally a forestry land and a part of ineffective agricultural land, Mr. Truong Hung Cuong converted and invested in the direction of service business.tourism.

Tourists inside and outside the province know Truong Gia Farm as a "miniature Da Lat" in Western Nghe An with colorful flower hills, pine forests rustling in the wind and many unique check-in spots.

Private tourist attractions are often associated with the trend of ecological experiences, directing tourists back to nature, grass, trees, and flowers. This is an increasingly popular trend, because the process of urbanization and industrialization is pushing the distance between people and nature further and further.

The emergence of private tourist attractions also helps the state tourism management agency to be proactive in its management. That means building, adjusting and expanding management sanctions, forcing it to explore and research appropriate management methods, aiming to protect the environment, develop green tourism and ensure sustainability.
