Also in Nghia Dan district, not far from Hon Mat is Truong Gia Farm in Nghia Long commune, a famous destination in Phu Quy area. Originally a forestry land and a part of ineffective agricultural land, Mr. Truong Hung Cuong converted and invested in the direction of service business.tourism.

Tourists inside and outside the province know Truong Gia Farm as a "miniature Da Lat" in Western Nghe An with colorful flower hills, pine forests rustling in the wind and many unique check-in spots.

Từ một cánh rừng hoang sơ nơi tít tắp lưng đèo đã được đầu tư thành điểm đến du lịch lý thú. Du khách đến với Farmstay Nhật Minh thường muốn tìm đến chốn tĩnh lặng, yên bình, có thời gian ngắm mây núi, suối ngàn và đắm mình giữa không gian nhuốm sắc màu hoài cổ.

Đồng thời, họ còn được thưởng thức những món ăn đặc sản của đồng bào Thái ở Quế Phong, trải nghiệm quy trình chế biến thực phẩm và ghi lại những khoảnh khắc đáng nhớ giữa chốn non ngàn thơ mộng.

Mới đi vào thử nghiệm khoảng 1 năm, Đại Huệ Farm ở xã Nam Anh (Nam Đàn) bước đầu cho thấy hiệu quả nhất định. Điểm đến này được xây dựng trên núi Đại Huệ, một dãy núi thiêng ở xứ Nghệ, nơi có ngôi chùa Đại Tuệ nổi tiếng. Điểm du lịch có lợi thế lớn là cách TP. Vinh chưa đầy 20 km, thuận tiện cho việc đón và phục vụ du khách.

Khách đến với Đại Huệ Farm thường để thư giãn sau những căng thẳng, mệt mỏi, ngắm và check-in giữa vườn hồng cổ hàng trăm năm, đồng thời cắm trại dã ngoại để tìm về với “ký ức tuổi thơ”; tổ chức chế biến các món ăn dân dã, mang đậm “hương đồng gió nội”.

Sự xuất hiện của các điểm du lịch tư nhân đã góp phần thúc đẩy sự phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của địa phương. Có thêm một điểm đến du lịch là có thêm cơ hội giải quyết việc làm, tiêu thụ các mặt hàng nông nghiệp và tiểu thủ công nghiệp, cũng là cơ hội để quảng bá tiềm năng, thế mạnh của địa phương…

This is an increasingly popular trend, because the process of urbanization and industrialization is pushing the distance between people and nature further and further.

The emergence of private tourist attractions also helps the state tourism management agency to be proactive in its management. That means building, adjusting and expanding management sanctions, forcing it to explore and research appropriate management methods, aiming to protect the environment, develop green tourism and ensure sustainability.
