Actress Ngoc Lan accepts apology from insurance company.
On April 20th, actress Ngoc Lan met with a life insurance company regarding a contract issue that has recently attracted public attention.
During the meeting, representatives from the life insurance company stated that they "understand why customer Ngoc Lan posted the incident on social media."
The company always listens to customer inquiries and explains their rights. According to him, the actors' feedback serves as a basis for the company to improve the quality of its services.
A company representative apologized to customer Ngoc Lan for "not providing the perfect service she expected." She accepted the apology and continued with her insurance policy for herself and her son.
Since her divorce and becoming a single mother, Ngoc Lan has purchased insurance to ensure that her son Louis will receive the necessary financial support should something unfortunate happen to her.
When signing the contract, she wasn't clearly advised and didn't fully understand the terms. Therefore, upon learning that her contract was for 74 years and her son's for 42 years, she panicked and went live (livestream) to share her feelings.

Through her sharing, Ngoc Lan aims to warn people to understand life insurance products before signing a contract, instead of exposing insurance companies or denying the benefits of insurance.
What Ngoc Lan wants is for her rights to be protected, specifically by having a new contract drafted, maintaining the highest insurance coverage, and removing products that do not meet her needs.
"My biggest goal is to give my son a better future," the actor said.
Regarding the controversy following the live broadcast, Ngoc Lan stated that some unofficial websites and news sites had edited and manipulated her statements, using false headlines that caused the incident to escalate excessively.
Ngoc Lan has faced much criticism, humiliation, and even threats; her family and the brands she represents have also been significantly affected. This has made her feel very guilty towards her relatives and business partners.
