(Baonghean.vn) - Pha Chieng is a border village in My Ly commune, Ky Son district. The roads here are dangerous, and the living conditions of the people are extremely difficult. In return, nature has bestowed Pha Chieng village with poetic and charming scenery, fresh air, and especially year-round cloud cover.
Pha Chieng is a border village in My Ly commune, Ky Son district, about 15 km from the commune center. However, due to the steep and dangerous road, at an altitude of over 1,000m above sea level, it takes nearly 2 hours to get to Pha Chieng village. This is home to 53 Mong households. Villagers said that this place is mostly rain and foggy all year round, rarely sunny, so sunny days are very favorable for harvesting crops and traveling when the roads are less muddy.
