(Baonghean.vn) - Pha Chieng is a border village in My Ly commune, Ky Son district. The roads here are treacherous, and the living conditions of the local people are extremely difficult. However, nature has bestowed upon Pha Chieng village a picturesque and charming landscape, a cool and refreshing atmosphere, and, notably, year-round cloud cover.
Pha Chieng is a border village in My Ly commune, Ky Son district, located about 15 km from the commune center. According to the villagers, the area experiences mostly rain and fog year-round, with little sunshine, so sunny days are very favorable for harvesting crops and for people's travel as the roads are less muddy.
