(Baonghean.vn) - Pha Chieng is a border village in My Ly commune, Ky Son district. The roads here are dangerous, and the living conditions of the people are extremely difficult. In return, nature has bestowed Pha Chieng village with poetic and charming scenery, fresh air, and especially year-round cloud cover.
