Members of Parliament meet with voters in Quy Chau district.

Tại hội nghị tiếp xúc cử tri, thay mặt các đại biểu Quốc hội, đại biểu Đặng Xuân Phương đã báo cáo kết quả kỳ họp thứ 5, Quốc hội khóa XV sau 23 ngày làm việc nghiêm túc, khẩn trương, khoa học, dân chủ và trách nhiệm cao.

Cụ thể, tại kỳ họp thứ 5, Quốc hội đã thông qua 8 luật và 17 nghị quyết. Quốc hội đã dành nhiều thời gian thảo luận các báo cáo, tờ trình của Chính phủ về phát triển kinh tế - xã hội; trên cơ sở đó yêu cầu Chính phủ, các cơ quan hữu quan, các cấp, ngành tiếp tục triển khai đồng bộ, kịp thời, toàn diện các chủ trương nhiệm vụ, giải pháp theo các mục tiêu đã được Trung ương Đảng, Quốc hội, Chính phủ đề ra.

Tại kỳ họp, Đoàn đại biểu Quốc hội tỉnh Nghệ An đã có 56 lượt đại biểu tham gia phát biểu thảo luận về các dự án luật, dự thảo nghị quyết, báo cáo về kinh tế - xã hội; an ninh - quốc phòng; ngân sách Nhà nước và các vấn đề quan trọng thuộc thẩm quyền của Quốc hội.

Trong thời gian diễn ra kỳ họp, đoàn đã tổ chức làm việc với một số bộ, ngành Trung ương; tham gia các hoạt động trao đổi kinh nghiệm với các Đoàn đại biểu Quốc hội các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương để thông tin về kinh tế - xã hội của tỉnh, những kiến nghị đề xuất của địa phương và những vấn đề liên quan đến nội dung kỳ họp.

Trên tinh thần dân chủ, thẳng thắn, các cử tri huyện Quỳ Châu đã tham gia 8 lượt ý kiến với 15 vấn đề. Các ý kiến, đề xuất nhiều vấn đề liên quan đến y tế, giáo dục, tài nguyên môi trường, chính sách dân tộc thiểu số, đền bù tái định cư,... chủ yếu thuộc thẩm quyền giải quyết của các cấp.

Cử tri Lương Thị Chi ở xã Châu Thắng kiến nghị quan tâm biên chế sĩ quan dự bị, xét thăng cấp bậc quân hàm tương xướng với nhiệm vụ của chức danh Chỉ huy trưởng Ban Chỉ huy Quân sự xã theo quy định.

Voter Ha Van Chinh from Chau Thuan commune suggested that the National Assembly consider policies to support ethnic minorities in mountainous areas, and consider increasing the allowance for village and hamlet officials after the merger.

In addition, voters requested attention to the construction and improvement of the power grid system serving the daily lives and production of the people. Issues concerning policies for war veterans; compensation for land clearance; construction of transportation infrastructure; rotation and secondment of teachers, etc., were also submitted by voters to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Following the feedback from voters, representatives from several provincial departments and agencies, along with leaders of Quy Chau district, directly addressed and explained the issues within their jurisdiction.

At the conclusion of the conference, on behalf of the National Assembly delegates, Mr. Tran Duc Thuan - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security - thanked the voters for their interest in the activities of the National Assembly as well as their concerns and suggestions to the National Assembly and all levels and sectors.

Representative Tran Duc Thuan also requested that the Party Committee and the government of Quy Chau district pay attention to reviewing the issues raised by voters to resolve those within their authority and to propose and coordinate the resolution of issues within the authority of higher levels, ensuring the overall development of the district and the rights of the people.
