At the ceremony, on behalf of the District Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee directly presented the 75-year Party badge to comrade Hoang Dinh Long, born in 1930, active at Xuan Mai Party Cell, Nam Xuan Commune.

Party member Ho Duc Quang was born in 1931, from Quynh Bang commune, Quynh Luu district, and was admitted and became an official party member on November 15, 1950. Before retiring, Party member Ho Duc Quang was Secretary of the Quynh Bang commune Party Committee from 1972 to 1978. During his work, he always demonstrated the exemplary qualities, responsibility, and steadfast will of a communist party member, wholeheartedly serving the Party, the Fatherland, and the People; promoting initiative and creativity in his position and always completing assigned tasks well.
