At the ceremony, on behalf of the District Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee directly presented the 75-year Party badge to comrade Hoang Dinh Long, born in 1930, living at Xuan Mai Party Cell, Nam Xuan Commune.

Party member Ho Duc Quang was born in 1931, hometown Quynh Bang commune, Quynh Luu district, was admitted and officially became a party member on November 15, 1950. Before retiring, party member Ho Duc Quang was Secretary of the Quynh Bang commune Party Committee from 1972 to 1978. During his work, he always demonstrated exemplary qualities, responsibility, and steadfast will of a communist party member, wholeheartedly serving the Party, the Fatherland and the People; promoted initiative and creativity in his working position and always completed assigned tasks well.

At the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee Le Xuan Kien pinned the 75-year Party membership badge on comrade Ho Duc Quang; at the same time, respectfully thanked him for his contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation; hoped that he would continue to promote his pioneering and exemplary role as a Party member, propagandize and mobilize his family and people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State; and forever be a shining example for Party members and their descendants to proudly follow.
