Prosecution initiated against the assailant who attacked the teacher.
On the morning of October 18th, the Investigation Police Department of Ham Tan District issued a decision to initiate a criminal case, indict the suspect, and temporarily detain the person who assaulted the Deputy Principal of Ham Tan High School.
The suspect has been charged with the crime of "Intentional infliction of injury" is Luong Dinh Luan (27 years old), residing in Phu Thang village, Ham Phu commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province.
The case was initiated in connection with the incident where Mr. N.D.T, the Deputy Principal of Ham Tan High School, was injured at his home by Luong Dinh Luan, who was accompanied by a student's parent.

Currently, Mr. T sustained injuries, and the assessment results indicate that his percentage of bodily harm ranges from 13% to 16%. Mr. T is still receiving treatment at Hospital 115 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Information provided by People's Hospital 115: Mr. N.D.T, born in 1981, was admitted to the Emergency Department at 3:38 PM on October 14th and transferred to the Ear, Nose, and Throat Department at 4:50 PM the same day. Diagnosis: Fracture of the left lateral ethmoidal wall and nasal bone fracture due to trauma.
Diagnosis: Nasal fracture, maxillary sinus fracture (T), medial wall fracture of the left orbit, partial fracture of the outer cusp of tooth 26.
Current condition: conscious, responsive, vital signs stable. The hospital is coordinating with various specialties for intensive treatment; the ENT department will perform surgery on the fractured bone.
Previously, VTC News reported that on October 17th, Luân voluntarily turned himself in to the Hàm Tân District Police.
Working with the police, Luan confessed that on October 13th, he went with Mr. NNA, a parent, to the home of teacher N. D. T., and due to his anger, he attacked teacher T.
The case is currently being investigated and handled by the Ham Tan District Police in accordance with the law.
