Prosecution of the attacker of the teacher
On the morning of October 18, the Investigation Police Agency of Ham Tan District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and temporarily detain the perpetrator who assaulted the Vice Principal of Ham Tan High School.
The defendant was prosecuted for the crime of "Intentional injury" is Luong Dinh Luan (27 years old), residing in Phu Thang village, Ham Phu commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province.
The case was initiated in connection with the case of Mr. N.D.T, Vice Principal of Ham Tan High School, who was injured by Luong Dinh Luan, who accompanied a student's parent to his house.
Currently, teacher T is injured, the assessment results show that his body injury percentage is from 13 - 16%. Teacher T is still being treated at Hospital 115, Ho Chi Minh City.
Information provided by People's Hospital 115: Mr. N.D.T, born in 1981, was admitted to the Emergency Department at 3:38 p.m. on October 14, and transferred to the ENT Department at 4:50 p.m. the same day. Diagnosis was a fracture of the left ethmoidal wall and a fracture of the nasal bone due to trauma.
Diagnosis: Nasal bone fracture, maxillary sinus fracture (T), left orbital wall fracture, partial fracture of outer cusp of tooth 26.
Current status: conscious, good contact, stable vital signs. The hospital is coordinating with other departments for active treatment, the ENT department will perform surgery on the broken bone area.
Previously, VTC News reported that on October 17, Luan voluntarily presented himself at Ham Tan District Police.
Working with the police, Luan confessed that on October 13, he went with Mr. NNA, a parent, to Mr. N. D. T's house and, out of anger, attacked Mr. T.
The case is currently being investigated and handled by Ham Tan District Police according to the provisions of law.
