Mini EV Wuling - HongGuang electric car is available at Wuling Nghe An Showroom
(Baonghean.vn) - In Vinh City, Green Energy Automobile Trading and Service Company Limited - Vinh Branch has just held the opening of Wuling Nghe An Showroom. In the immediate future, this Dealer will focus mainly on the Wuling - HongGuang EV mini car product line, with two versions LV1 and LV2.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Bui Quang Huy - member of the Board of Directors of TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company; Mr. Tran Minh Quan - Director of Green Energy Automobile Trading and Service Company Limited - Vinh Branch.
According to global automotive data provider JATO Dynamics, the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV has been the world's best-selling mini electric vehicle for the past three years. In 2022 alone, the Chinese model sold more than half a million units globally.
Wuling Hongguang Mini EV was developed by the General Motors (GM) – (SAIC – Wuling) joint venture, abbreviated as SGMW. This joint venture has authorized TMT Motors to exclusively manufacture, assemble and distribute Wuling brand electric cars in Vietnam.
In Nghe An, after nearly 1 month of operation, Wuling Nghe An Dealer has attracted the attention of many customers near and far. Notably, nearly 300 customers visited the showroom and more than 400 customers participated in test driving Wuling cars. In particular, Wuling Nghe An Showroom has successfully signed more than 15 contracts in the first month of launching in the Vinh market, Nghe An. This demonstrates the trust and appreciation from customers for the quality and potential of the product.
At present, Wuling Nghe An focuses mainly on the Wuling - HongGuang EV mini car product line, with two versions LV1 and LV2, capable of traveling up to 120km and 170km, with prices ranging from 239 - 279 million VND.
However, in 2024, the showroom is expected to launch three new products, more diverse and richer, better meeting the needs of Vietnamese consumers in the A and B Sedan segments.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Minh Quan - Green Energy Automobile Trading and Service Company Limited - Vinh Branch emphasized: "The trend of expanding into the green sector in general and electric cars in particular is an inevitable trend of countries in the region and around the world. The opening ceremony witnessed hundreds of customers coming to the Wuling Nghe An Showroom to experience and test drive the car models.
