Arrest of subject trafficking 104 kg of firecrackers and explosives
(Baonghean.vn) - While transporting 100kg of firecrackers and 4kg of explosives to a customer, Tran Dai Sy was discovered and arrested by the police.
Accordingly, at 11:00 a.m. on May 25, in village 5, Thanh Ha commune, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province, the Department of Investigation Police on Corruption, Economic Crimes and Smuggling of Nghe An Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with Thanh Chuong District Police to successfully crack down on a case, arresting Tran Dai Sy (born in 1987), residing in Thanh Ha commune, Thanh Chuong district, for the act of producing and trading in prohibited goods.
Seized exhibits include: 70 foreign-made fireworks mortars (36-round fireworks) with a total weight of 100 kg; 20 ingotsexplosiveweight 04 kg, 40 detonators, 01 car.
At the police station, Tran Dai Sy confessed that he bought the above mentioned firecrackers, explosives and detonators with the intention of selling them for profit, however, he was discovered and arrested by the police while on the way to deliver them to the customer. The police are currently continuing to investigate the case.
