Public announcement of information for procedures to grant Land Use Rights Certificate

On February 12, 2003, I, Ho Ngoc Anh (born in 1976), residing in Thanh Cong village, Quynh Long commune, Quynh Luu district, received the transfer of land use rights and houses with Land Use Rights Certificate (LURC) No. G 038201 dated January 1, 1996, land plot No. 793, map sheet No. 02, with an area of ​​200 m2 of residential land and 217 m2 of garden land; a 2-room tiled house, a kitchen with a cement roof and ancillary works of Mr. Nguyen Van Ngan, born in 1941 (single) with the same address in Thanh Cong village, Quynh Long commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An.

Immediately after receiving the transfer, the two parties completed the payment procedure with the amount of 97,000,000 VND (ninety-seven million VND) and handed over/received the house and determined the bordering parties; at the same time, I made a request for the People's Committee of Quynh Long commune to confirm the transfer of the house and accompanying residential land and garden land.

After transferring the house and land, Mr. Nguyen Van Ngan moved to another place and currently my family has no information or address of his residence.

Now, according to the provisions of the Land Law, in order to carry out the procedures for issuing and exchanging the land use right certificate, I publicly inform Mr. Ngan about the above transfer so that he can know and contact me to create conditions for my family to carry out the procedures for issuing and exchanging the land use right certificate. After the prescribed time limit, if Mr. Ngan does not contact me, my family will carry out the procedures to request the competent authority to prepare the dossier for issuing and exchanging the land use right certificate for my family according to the regulations./.
