On February 12, 2003, I, Ho Ngoc Anh (born in 1976), residing in Thanh Cong village, Quynh Long commune, Quynh Luu district, received the transfer of land use rights and house along with Land Use Right Certificate No. G 038201 dated January 1, 1996, plot number 793, map sheet number 02, with an area of ​​200 m2 of residential land and 217 m2 of garden land; a two-room tiled house, a kitchen with a corrugated iron roof and other outbuildings from Mr. Nguyen Van Ngan, born in 1941 (a single person) residing at the same address in Thanh Cong village, Quynh Long commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province.

Immediately after the transfer was completed, both parties finalized the payment of 97,000,000 VND (ninety-seven million dong) and handed over/received the house and determined the boundary lines; at the same time, I submitted a request to the People's Committee of Quynh Long commune to confirm the transfer of the house, residential land, and garden land.

After transferring ownership of the house and land, Mr. Nguyen Van Ngan moved to another place, and my family currently has no information or address of his current residence.

According to the Land Law, in order to process the renewal of the land use right certificate, I am publicly announcing this transfer so that Mr. Ngan is aware and can contact me to facilitate the renewal process for my family. After the stipulated deadline, if Mr. Ngan does not contact me, my family will proceed with the application to the competent authority to process the renewal of the land use right certificate for my family as per regulations.
