Suspect arrested for building a "tiger cage" to facilitate drug trafficking.

To evade the police during drug trafficking, Tran Van Than reinforced his house in the style of a "tiger cage." However, his actions did not escape the notice of the Quy Chau District Police.

Earlier, at 7:00 AM on June 28th, in Block 3, Tan Lac town, Quy Chau district, the Quy Chau District Police, in coordination with the Administrative Management and Social Order Police Department of the Provincial Police, caught two individuals, VVK (born in 2009) and Lu Dai Duong (born in 1986), both residing in Chau Hanh commune, Quy Chau district, red-handed for illegally possessing narcotics; seizing 0.24 grams of heroin.

Continuing the investigation, on June 30th, in Chau Hanh commune, Quy Chau district, the Quy Chau District Police arrested Tran Van Than (born in 1987), residing in Chau Hanh commune, for illegally buying and selling narcotics. The seized items included 0.08 grams of heroin, a small weighing scale, a homemade handgun, a homemade sword, four sharp knives, a pipe, and a slingshot.

Being HIV-positive and having two prior convictions for drug trafficking, Tran Van Than was extremely reckless and daring. To evade the police, he built a sturdy house in the style of a "tiger cage" and stockpiled many homemade weapons.

Currently, the Quy Chau District Police are holding two suspects, Lu Dai Duong and Tran Van Than, in custody. As for VVK, since he is not yet of legal age to be held criminally responsible, the Quy Chau District Police are preparing documents to send him to a reformatory – a compulsory education facility.
